Just to be clear, I love gift cards. I am not one that will turn away from a gift card as a Christmas, bithday, or July 4th present. Maybe you got an abundance of gift cards for Christmas and you just won't be able to use them, but you could sure use some cash. If you were to ask me three years ago if I was going to have kids my answer would be no. I didn't think I was blessed with the awesome desire to have children. I figured I would enjoy life without carrying on the Baldwin name or genetic line. I was wrong. Kaitlyn, my little living angel, was born about 16 months ago. She has brought so much joy, and meaning to my life. She has also put new life into holidays like Halloween, Easter, and now Christmas.

"Weather" we like it or not winter is coming. I hate the thought of snow and ice, and I know that these last few days have us thinking that maybe we will get a repeat of last years warm winter. This is a reminder of what can happen when it gets cold fast.
